Extended return policy

Miami Motos is working to make sure we serve all of our customers as we navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, and that includes making sure to help you with any returns you need.
As such, for all orders placed on or after March 21, 2020, we are operating under an extended 90-day return policy. Items that have been used or merchandise are otherwise excluded from return under our Normal Return Policy do not qualify for the extended return and exchange terms.
No restocking fees

If your order arrives and it is not correct, we will fix it, WITHOUT ANY KIND, we promise.
Doesn't it fit or just not happy with it? You can return any new, unused, and unaltered item within 30 days of your item delivery. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund Policy

Returned products must be in new and unused condition and include the original box and / or packaging with all labels included.
Once your return is received and inspected by Miami Motos (generally within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original credit card or payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take between 2 and 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to register in your account.
For bank transfer payments, all refunds will be issued to store credit.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your order to our Miami warehouse.
Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or a similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Please contact an advisor on whatsapp if you are not sure about the size or application of any item before placing your order and we will be happy to help you reduce it!
See below for instructions on where / how to return your return order to us. Items must not be returned to the manufacturer; All returns require a RA (Return Authorization) number and must be returned to Miami Motos in Miami.
Return shipping options

For customers in the 48 contiguous US states. In the USA, Miami Motos offers the option to print a UPS prepaid shipping label for a fee of $ 7.99. This fee will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
For customers at any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping using a method that includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.
All shipments must be prepaid; Packages sent on delivery will be rejected. Any rejected, undelivered, or abandoned package will be subject to a $ 10 service fee.
Exchanges

Do you need to make an exchange? After processing your return, simply place a new order for the exchange merchandise. That means you will reclaim inventory and get your new gear quickly!
If your exchange order qualifies for our free ground shipping offer, it will apply.
You are still responsible for the return shipping costs of your original order.
Cancellation of orders / modifications

If you change your mind, act fast! We turn around and process orders extremely fast.
Orders can be changed or canceled only as long as their status is labeled "Order Received". Once an order has the status "Order processed", it cannot be canceled or modified, since the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped.
Used or damaged merchandise

Any merchandise that is "taken for a walk" is considered used and cannot be returned. We recommend that you walk on your mat with your boots and test your motorcycle helmet indoors before you go out on the bike.
Any merchandise or parts that show signs of use (wear, errors, dirt, odor, pet hair, scratches, assembly, etc.) or that are in a condition other than that received cannot be returned.
Craigslist, eBay, and online forums are great resources if you have a used item that you don't want and can no longer return to Miami Motos.
Clothing and helmets

Clothing must be packed in its original clothing bag (or an equivalent plastic bag protection) and include all original labels. The plastic bag protects the item from the cardboard. Items packaged without this protection will likely arrive scratched and will be returned to the customer.
Helmets must be shipped back as received in their original bag, box and include all original documentation and accessories.

Unused items that are returned with damaged or missing packaging, labels, components, or hangers may be returned to the customer or subject to an additional processing fee of up to 25% of the cost of merchandise based on the availability of the missing or are damaged. Components.
Electronics, hard parts, tools, tires

Any electronic device that has been removed from the broken manufacturer's packaging or seal is not returnable.
Any part that has been installed or shows signs of trying to be installed in a vehicle is not returnable.
Any tool or chemical that has been opened or the seal is broken cannot be returned.
Open box items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.
International returns

International shipments must be marked as a "Return Merchandise" with a carrier that does not impose brokerage fees. The customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
Any item sent for cash on delivery or that has additional brokerage fees charged to Miami Motos at the time of delivery will be rejected.
Defects

Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Miami Motos will help customers with their guarantee; however, Miami Motos does not offer any direct guarantee on any item sold.
Warranty returns

Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period that covers merchandise defects. To determine the warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer or contact our advisor on whatsapp for help.
Please note that warranty processing may take 4-8 weeks and will be subject to each manufacturer's policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects that are determined to be caused by normal wear and tear or customer negligence.
Damaged items

Let us know as soon as possible if any item in your order arrives damaged. Keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Claims for damaged items are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS). We will assist our clients in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as this process can sometimes take longer than any of us would like!
